MALVIN is one of the most important companies in the construction materials and Aversa, it boasts over 40 years' experience. The company has been able to evolve over the years with a constantly-evolving technology market and aims to achieve the highest standards in both quality and in its technical assistance.
 
MALVIN partners with designers, retailers and labourers with a wide range of products including: masonry mortar, premixed plasters, screeds, adhesives, integrated restoration systems, biobuilding, concrete restoration, thermal and acoustic insulation, water-based paints, coloured cladding and integrated systems for eco-sustainable construction.
 
MALVIN operates by providing highly-qualified technical staff that are able to advise the best resolution for any situation. In particular, our team is able to indicate the perfect integrated system that can achieve the goals indicated by thermal and acoustic and fire prevention regulations, which enables them to receive the correct certification. Thanks to our expertise and experience, we are able to create bespoke packages in accordance with customer specifications.

MALVIN's policy aimed at innovation and continuous improvement is expressed in the creation of quality products with guaranteed performance, thanks to the strict and continuous quality controls carried out during production and packaging.

After its years of experience, MALVIN can today boast the certification of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2008 and the certification of the environmental management system ISO 14001: 2004, and the FPC, Certification of the Production Process by a independent third party authorised by the Central Technical Service of the Higher Council of Public Works, ANAB-ICEA certification of products for bio building according to the standards of UNI EN ISO 14024 type I environmental labelling. We know that these quality certifications represent not the simple display of a logo, but a philosophy of behaviour and management, which ensures quality over time.
For years, MALVIN has focused its attention on environmental issues and environmental sustainability, both working internally by improving and innovating production processes, and externally analysing studying all new technologies and construction systems aimed at protecting the environment and to eco-sustainability.
In confirmation of this eco-sustainability, in 2016 Malvin achieved the goal of certifying organic product lines with the ANAB-ICEA certification.
